At Rooted Ministries, our mission is to empower and equip our clients through Christ-centered counseling. Central to our mission is cultivating a community of individuals who are rooted in Christ, empowered by their identity, and transformed for lasting change. We believe that grace is the vehicle for experiencing the abundant Life only Jesus can offer, transforming individuals' hearts, marriages, and families.
Rooted Ministries was founded in 2024 by Laura Stotler as a 501(c)3 non-denominational non-profit (status pending). The name “Rooted Ministries” is based on Colossians 2:6-7 “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”
This verse reflects the importance of knowing your identity in Christ as you grow in your faith. We are committed to teaching the truth of your identity as it relates to the New Covenant.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)
“I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.” (Galatians 2:20)
